Individual Management Review (IMR) (Equivalent to Level 3/4)
This multi-agency training session is aimed at any practitioner who:
Currently undertakes, or may be required to undertake, Individual Management Reviews for Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs) and Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHRs) on behalf of their organisation.
This course will make links to Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SAR's) Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews (CSPR's) and Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHR's) and IMR's, chronologies and reports for these reviews.

The session will provide participants with
- Comprehension of the DHR and SAR processes and when they are required
- Knowledge of the Terms of Reference and why they are important
- Information on how to write a ‘good’ IMR
- Understanding of the importance of good analysis - Why not What
- The importance of making SMART Recommendations and Action Plans
Only 5 people are allowed from each organisation, this is to make this multi agency. Unfortunately we will remove any more than 5 if the course has a waiting list to allow others from a different organisation to join the course.
