Webinar for Sheffield Providers: Safeguarding and the interface with allegations against staff.
Sheffield providers / employers in adult social care are invited to join us for an MS Teams session to explore and understand your responsibilities when allegations are made about paid or unpaid staff (Persons in Positions of Trust), assess any risk in the context of your service and take appropriate actions that safeguard people who use your services. Led by the safeguarding practice team at Sheffield City Council with a presentation and time for discussion and questions. An additional two online sessions are being delivered in early June and early July on Safeguarding and the interface with allegations against staff.
The aim of the sessions is to explore and understand provider responsibilities around People in Positions of Trust (PiPoT). The sessions will be led by Sheffield City Council’s adult safeguarding practice team and will include a presentation and time for questions and discussion.
